3 in 1 Outfit FT. eShakti!

Hello lovelies,

Hope you are all doing well!

I’m back with some more outfit inspo and I have a feeling you’ll really like this one.
If you’re an OG HH fan, you might remember a past blogpost I did with an outfit from eShakti (if you want to see, I’ll conveniently link it here mhm). Well, since I loved their service, I had to get another outfit from them.

eShakti allows you to customize outfits to change details like the sleeves, outfit length, neckline, and you can even give your own measurements to help get the perfect fit.

I’m a person who likes practicality and versatility. I like getting things that I can wear multiple ways to make the most out of my wardrobe.

I’ve also always wanted to try a co-ordinate set, but it’s also a bit daunting to wear one print from head to toe. But, whenever you want to do something outside your comfort zone, try to include something you’re familiar with, to help make the outfit more comfortable.
And If you know me, you know I LOVE my crop top and skirt combos. They’re literally so easy and effortless, yet always look so good. So when I saw this two-piece set, I knew it had to be mine.

Now, at first glance, this outfit is not immediately modest/hijabi friendly. I would have to add some elements to make it work. But, #AintNobodyGotTimeForThat, or layers for that. Since I ain’t trying to live that life, eShakti pulled through. I was able to customize this piece to make it long sleeves, a higher neckline, and make the top a bit longer as well to conceal my midrift. Now, that, I’m about it. 👏🏽👌🏽

I actually wore this outfit to the mosque recently, and everyone loved it! I also posted a quick mirror selfie on my IG Stories (link up, HH) and received so many messages about this look! I love how it looks like a dress when worn together, so seamless and graceful. But what I love even more about this particular outfit is that I know I will get a lot of wear out of it. I can wear the top with other skirts or bottoms and pair other tops with this beautiful ball gown skirt. Sometimes it’s easy to spend so much money on these fancy outfits, that you can really only wear a couple of times. Hence, I love how easy this piece is to style and that it’s actually practical as well!

Check out how I styled this crop-top and ballgown skirt combo 3 different ways!
